It is our goal to organize events that showcase original art works in a creative and supportive environment that reflect the exuberance and passion of the artistic struggle.

Every woman expresses in her own way the age-old power and mystery of the feminine. I try to capture that energy emanating from the woman in front of me. Studying Chinese Calligraphy and the use of the sumi brush helps me transfer an immediate response to the paper.
My nudes are not about personality, fashion or culture. What I hope to express is the implacable forces of nature smoldering in the female form.

Each piece of stone I carve is unique, with its own distinct personality. I strive to find the image inside the living stone and free it, allowing the piece to tell its story. The rigors of carving stone challenge me physically and mentally which is an essential element to the expression of my art.

I begin each piece with an open mind. After applying an extremly heavy under painting which contains various mixed medias, the work begins to take on a life of it's own. Next, the canvass is subjected to a process of building up and tearing down across the surface in an inconsistent manner. This is done repeatedly
Through this system of deconstruction many early layers of thought are exposed, others suppressed, allowing the "Final Evolution" to be expressed. This visual push and pull creates a visceral sense of depth.
